Cancellation Policy
Cancellations from the client’s side can only be accepted, if the request made within 15 days from the date of transaction (free look period).
No Cancellation will be allowed after 15 days from the date of the transaction.
Exchange & Returns : If there is any product mismatch or you want to return or exchange product already received by you then you can return the material received within 15 days post receiving the goods. Customer is required to inform us by email or customer care Info@thetravelindia.in in that your intent to return or exchange then we will organize for the return courier. Exchange or credit note will be issued after receipt of the returned material in our registered office.
Cancellation Policy

7% of price will be deducted as cancellation charges, if packet seal is not broken and is returned through the same courier to www.thetravelindia.in
10% of Price will be deducted if packet seal is broken and is returned to
www.thetravelindia.in
No Cancellation will be allowed after 15 days from the date of the transaction.
If your order is cancelled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account within 7 business days from the time you had cancelled.

Refund Reversal
We will refund Amount within 7 Working Days after Cancelation.
