We understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation and refund policy has been designed to be transparent and fair.

1. Cancellation by Traveler

• More than 45 days before departure: 90% of the package cost will be refunded (10% service charges deducted).

• 30–45 days before departure: 70% of the package cost will be refunded.

• 15–29 days before departure: 50% of the package cost will be refunded.

• Less than 15 days before departure / No Show: No refund will be applicable.

Note: Certain special packages, festival seasons, or promotional deals may have separate cancellation rules mentioned at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation by The Travel India

In rare cases where The Travel India (Tushar) cancels a tour due to operational reasons, natural calamities, or government restrictions, travelers will be:

• Offered an alternative package of equal value, OR

• Eligible for a 100% refund of the paid amount.

3. Mode of Refund

• Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used during booking (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Bank Transfer).

• Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days after receiving the written cancellation request.

• Any bank charges, transaction fees, or currency conversion fees will be borne by the traveler.

4. Non-Refundable Components

• Air tickets, train tickets, or cruise bookings once issued are non-refundable, as per airline/railway/cruise policies.

• Visa fees, insurance costs, and government taxes are non-refundable.

• Unused services during the tour (meals, activities, transport, etc.) will not be refunded.

5. Force Majeure / Natural Calamities

If a trip is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances such as heavy snowfall, floods, earthquakes, strikes, or government restrictions, the no refund policy will apply. However, we will assist you in rescheduling your travel or adjusting the package wherever possible.
